Muffin Pisang Kepok

Bahan-bahan:

250 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
100 gram gula pasir halus (diayak)
300 gram pisang kepok, haluskan
100 gram pisang kepok, cincang kasar
2 butir telur
100 gram mentega
1 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt garam

Cara Membuat:
1. Campurkan tepung terigu, gula pasir, baking powder, dan garam di sebuah mangkuk.
2. Kocok telur dan mentega hingga mengembang. Kemudian masukkan adonan pisang yang telah dihaluskan ke dalamnya. Sedikit demi sedikit tuangkan adonan tepung sambil terus diaduk.
3. Ketika sudah merata, sendokkan pada cetakan muffin yang sudah dialasi cup kertas
4. Berikan topping potongan pisang kepok di atasnya. Kemudian panggang di oven dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius sampai warna berubah dan muffin matang.
Kurang lebih waktu memasak 30 menit
Untuk 15 buah.

Sop Durian
     Siapa sih yang ga tau sama buah durian. pasti tau dong buah durian ini sering dibilang surganya buah. dengan rasanya yang enak dan baunya yang menyengat bikin ngiler.
     Disini bukan sekedar buah yang langsung dimakan tapi disajikan dengan berbagai varian dari mulai ditambah ketan hitam, roti,strawberry, kacang hijau,kelapa, brownies, dan masih banyak lagi.
     Wisata kuliner ini terletak dijalan Margonda No.1 Depok. warung yang didirikan pada 12 juli 2010 bermula ini lahir dari kecintaan seorang pemilik warung tersebut yang sering mencicipi durian.
dilihat dari namanya sop durian disajikan dengan kuah. kuah tersebut dibuat dari gula putih yang dicairkan lalu ditambah susu. durian yang digunakan biasanya berasal dari sumatera atau jika sudah musim menggunakan durian montong. ini salah satu sajian sop durian :

 


     Bagaimana pasti menarikkan ingin segera mencicipi sop durian. ayooo langsung saja datang ketempat sop durian dimargonda. pasti puas bagi pecinta durian. soal harga cukup terjangkau :)
